Galindo is a mysterious figure, disguised as a human-like dog with a black headscarf, and inciting children to do high-risk acts, amounting to suicide.

Galindo's challenges usually begin with fairly ordinary orders, such as "wake up in the middle of the night" or "watch a scary movie," but tasks gradually get difficult as players urge themselves to harm themselves or put themselves at fatal risk, such as "standing on the edge of a tower", and the last challenge is to ask the user to commit suicide.
Galindo's challenges for children range from watching a horror film to killing themselves.
Following the appearance of this character, an Italian child was killed and the child was thrown himself from the 10th floor of a building in Naples, Italy, at 1:00 a.m.
This incident brought to mind the Blue Whale Challenge that took these children and teenagers in 2015, and the Momo Challenge in 2018.
